Vintage television channel Talking Pictures TV presents a day of classic film, television, music and variety. Britt Ekland leads the line-up with an exclusive UK appearance. Also on stage will be poet and comedian, John Cooper Clark; vocal impressionist, Andrew Fleming; comedy historian Andre Vincent; Juggler and magician, Tommy J: Colin Elmer as Kenneth Williams; vintage vocalist Lola Lamour; Richard Usher with lost Peter Sellers sketches and dancers The Aston Belles.

Hosts are the Footage Detectives, Mike Read and TPTV founder, Noel Cronin BEM. There will also be the chance to see rare films and shorts in a memorable afternoon at ‘the pictures’. Music, comedy, dancing, and a chance to meet the stars, complete the programme for a truly unmissable day.

The Bard of Salford, poet, comedian and lifelong film fan, John Cooper Clarke will be in conversation. One of the UK’s finest vocal impressionists, Andrew Fleming, gives voice to some of the great stars of yesteryear. Tommy J, juggler and magician will amaze everyone with his skill and speed.

Comedy historian, Andre Vincent, brings fun, laughter and amazing facts. Colin Elmer brings to life Kenneth Williams in this, his centenary year. Actor and Goons expert, Richard Usher, performs some long-lost Peter Sellers sketches.

Peter Sellers is also part of the magnificent on-screen entertainment, which includes an unmissable lost short film featuring the great man. There’ll be lost Spike Milligan shorts, and a previously lost feature film too.

There’s music from the fabulous Lola Lamour, who transports us back in time with her renditions of classic songs. Dancers, The Aston Belles, bring a touch of showbiz glamour.
