A:  Yes. But not the police who are being prosecuted over Hillsborough or the police who took backhanders from Murdoch newspapers.  There  is also an inquiry within the BBC which killed off the initial story and claimed no one knew Sir Jimmy was a sex pest for the 40 years he stalked its studios.
