Another award for city centre accommodation.
Birmingham’s Staying Cool at the Rotunda has hit a winning streak of late in gaining recognition for excellent customer service – the latest award being a ROSE, a prestigious new customer service award from VisitEngland, Staying Cool was one of only 100 businesses selected to receive a ROSE award from 25,000 assessed by VisitEngland. ROSE stands for Recognition Of Service Excellence.
Staying Cool runs thirty serviced apartments at the Grade-II Listed Rotunda building in Birmingham. In September, the company was shortlisted for the ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers) Best Guest Experience – an award the team won in December last year.
Earlier in 2015, Staying Cool was recognised as a TripAdvisor Hall of Fame winner. The Hall of Fame was created to honour those businesses that have earned a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for five years running. Staying Cool is consistently ranked top on TripAdvisor for places to stay in Birmingham.
Staying Cool also won on a local level this year for Customer Service in the Retail Birmingham Awards.
Tracey Stephenson, MD of Staying Cool, said: “We put a lot of thought and hard work into guest relations and it’s wonderful to have that recognised. I am extremely proud of the team and can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings.”
