Paris 1940s are taking a little ‘je ne sais quoi’ with them to popular live music venue The Jam House on Thursday 9 May.
The five piece band from Leamington Spa is known for its fresh style and quirky reinvention of well-known pop music fused with soul, jazz, swing, samba and even drum and bass.
The band’s musical influences range from MGMT and Katy Perry to Motorhead and Calvin Harris and its sets are packed with sensational solos, multi-layered vocals and sax harmonies looped live on stage.
John Bunce, General Manager at The Jam House, said: “It’s a pleasure to welcome back on stage one of the Midland’s most successful bands. The Paris 1940s unique and intricate sound mixes a range of musical genres providing a little something for everyone.”
Tickets to see Paris 1940s are priced at £5 and available to buy online from www.thejamhouse.com
