The Midlands based band Since Monroe have been beavering away at new material since the release of their debut EP Lost Generation. This time they’re back with the single Everyone’s a Statue – due for release on itunes on 4th February 2013.
Rich, Matt, Andy and James have all said how pleased they are with the direction their sound has taken: More riff driven and heavier than some of the earlier material from Lost Generation.
There is a another side to the single though; all sales of Everyone’s a Statue will mean a donation to the charity Children Today – with Rich himself taking part in the PFA Grand Canyon Challenge to raise funds for the charity helping disabled children fulfil their everyday needs.
You can help the band and the charity by grabbing the single when it’s out on February 4th or you can go to Rich’s Just Giving page and donate http://www.justgiving.com/Rich-Tregortha
The band have also made a video (with a little help), which is on youtube
