Sensory-Friendly Night returns to Warwick Castle

Relaxed and inclusive evening for seasonal highlight.

Warwick Castle’s much-loved Sensory-Friendly Night is returning on Monday 8th December, offering a specially tailored evening designed for visitors with sensory sensitivities.

This dedicated evening allows guests to enjoy the castle’s magical Festive Light Trail in a calm and comfortable environment, with no flashing lights and adjusted music and sound levels throughout, ensuring a relaxed and inclusive experience for all.

The Sensory-Friendly Night forms part of the wider Festive Light Trail, produced once again in collaboration with T3 Creative Agency, which is returning to Warwick Castle this winter to deliver another unforgettable light-up festive experience.

Developed in close partnership with a group of parents and carers whose children have specific needs, the Sensory-Friendly Night has been carefully crafted to be sensitive, welcoming, and accessible for visitors of all ages and needs.

David Harding, Director of T3 Creative Agency, comments: “After collaborating closely with an incredible group of parents and carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities to better understand what their children need, we’re delighted to see our Sensory-Friendly Night make its return.

It’s something incredibly important to us. This experience allows all guests to enjoy the magic of the Light Trail in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our festive trail is a treasured experience that brings families together to celebrate the season and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another year.”

Set in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside near Birmingham, the historic Warwick Castle will once again sparkle with the return of its Festive Light Trail, promising to be bigger, brighter and more magical than ever before.

Guests can look forward to a 45-minute journey through awe-inspiring illuminations, featuring 41 breathtaking light displays stretching over a mile of the castle’s beautifully landscaped grounds.

Working with T3 Creative Agency, Warwick Castle will unveil its most spectacular Christmas experience yet, transforming the iconic landmark into a glittering winter wonderland with tickets starting from just £17.00 per person.

In addition to the Light Trail, families can enjoy a host of festive attractions, including gliding across an open-air ice rink framed by the castle’s towers and turrets and heart-warming storytelling sessions with Father Christmas and Mrs Claus.

The Sensory-Friendly Night continues to represent a cornerstone of Warwick Castle and T3’s commitment to ensuring that Christmas magic is accessible to everyone, offering families the chance to experience the wonder of the season in a space that’s both joyful and inclusive.
