With 2020 accelerating the fashion industry’s move towards a more sustainable future, Influenstar is an eco-friendly brand that’s dedicated to protecting the planet for future generations. The British-based start-up aims to show fashion-focused consumers that sustainability can be stylish; with its range of earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets all made from 925 recycled silver.
Lifestyle PR agency, East Village., has been appointed to deliver national PR and influencer engagement; positioning the ecommerce start-up alongside leading mid-market jewellery brands. Showcasing the benefits of recycled silver, alongside Influenstar’s affordable trend-led designs, the agency will deliver media relations, product placement and influencer strategy for the brand.
With over seven years’ experience delivering regional, national and international PR campaigns for fashion and homewares brands, East Village. has also been appointed by planet-friendly firewood retailer, Love Logs, to deliver its ongoing PR strategy.
Launched last year, Love Logs provides sustainably sourced British kiln-dried logs, kindling and natural firelighters, and is the UK’s only plastic-free firewood retailer. Seeing notable success in its first few months – with lockdown increasing the usage of wood burners, pizza ovens and firepits – Love Logs has appointed EAST Village. to raise its profile across both consumer and trade media; to drive sales and position it as an innovative eco-friendly brand with big ambitions for change.
Love Logs sources its firewood exclusively from sustainable British woodland and also supports struggling communities around the world, planting two trees for every order with The Eden Reforestation Project. Its Woodsure-certified ‘ready to burn’ logs emit less pollutants and are shipped only in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes. In addition to minimising and, where possible, removing any plastic from within its supply chain.
