Expanding business moves into Custard Factory.
The Custard Factory in Digbeth has attracted business from the City of London to join the hottest new destination for digital businesses and creative start-ups. Tandem, the London based property business, recently announced two new senior partners that would head up the joint venture business, brought together from real estate firms Farebrother and Tuckerman. The two senior partners were revealed as John Jones and Lisa Riva, who joined Tandem earlier this month.

Based in Digbeth they will rub shoulders with an eclectic mix of heritage, innovation, art and technology businesses. The property asset management business has recently opened their second regional office in Leeds with The Office Group, demonstrating the desire for co-working flexible office space is just as popular for professional services as well as for the creative industry.
