Jewellery Quarter gears up for weekend of music.

The festival season kicks off at the weekend with the annual offering from Birmingham Jazz. Now in its third year, the three day event continues with its legendary theme by celebrating the legendary Blue Note record label from Friday 19th-Sunday 21st May.

Welcoming back such names as Tony Kofi, Alec Dankworth, Phil Robson and Kate Williams, and curated by local musician Bryan Corbett, the festival consists of thirteen gigs at venues around the Jewellery Quarter. Tickets for individual events or one-three days are available from the festival website.
