TR Fleet, one of the UKs leading fleet management specialists, has appointed Jo Ewen as Commercial Director.

She joins the award-winning independent privately-owned company based in Berkswell, Coventry, after a career of more than 20 years in the automotive industry and with specialist expertise in sales management and strategic development.

Prior to her appointment Jo who lives in Lichfield, Staffordshire was sales and client services director with FMG Support Ltd, securing major contracts including Lloyds TSB Autolease, ING Carlease, Capita and Countrywide.

In her new role with TR Fleet, Jo will use her skills to develop the company’s products and services including its unique long term road risk management programme DriveSecure.

Julie Boyd, Managing Director of TR Fleet – which celebrated its second anniversary in November 2012 with confirmation of a £300,000 investment by Birmingham-based venture finance company Midven – said: “We are delighted to welcome Jo to the team. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to drive the strategic vision of TR Fleet’s products and services and to help clients better understand performance and risk reduction planning.”

TR Fleet was established in 2010 and has a diverse portfolio of clients including Findel plc, Kitbag, Kleeneze, Select Service Partners and Rail Gourmet.
