Blues have signed yet another player; a left back from Werder Bremen, Lee Buchanan. He’s already a proven player at the top level and still just 22.
Yet strangely, on the same day there was something else that even topped that. Being a bit low tech I had opted out of a digital season ticket option for the hard copy version and through my letterbox came that alternative. Nicely boxed with the words ‘Next Chapter’ in gold it contained my season ticket in a neat black wallet together with a Blues badge to wear and on the inside of the box the words to the anthemic Keep Right On. .
Sometimes it’s the little things that mean a lot and the attention to detail was an impressive reminder of the professionalism of the takeover team.
