Students to host cancer charity event

Think Pink to raise awareness.

Birmingham City University students have announced a Think Pink charity night, with the aim of raising awareness of breast cancer.

The event will take place on Wednesday 30th March at 6pm, at the university’s Parkside Building, 5 Cardigan St, Birmingham, B4 7RJ.

Project Wise will be working in collaboration with Breast Cancer Society’s ‘Uniboob’ to raise awareness and donations for CoppaFeel, whose aim is to help everyone have the best possible chance of surviving breast cancer by educating people on signs and symptoms, encouraging people to check regularly and empowering people to seek advice.

Tickets cost £5 and are available by Eventbrite. The evening will be filled with games, guest speakers, food, and drink, plus guest speakers from Coppafeel.
