There’s a blues-tinged look to the rest of the month at the Robin 2 in Bilston. Their line-up of live attractions includes:

On 20th September the Blues Caravan 2021 will be rolling into Bilston. Jeremiah Johnson is a guitarist from St Louis with six albums to his name including last year’s Heavens to Betsy. Whitney Shay is an award-winning Californian singer and guitarist Perry hails from Mississippi. A quality addition to the reputation of previous Caravans is guaranteed.

The Quireboys will be returning to the Robin on 23rd September. They’ve had hit singles, gold albums and supported the Rolling Stones and Guns’n’Roses on world tours with their blend of hard driving blues rock and always get their audiences wanting more.

There’s another old Robin favorite appearing on 24th September when actor and Spandau ballet member Martin Kemp hosts a Back to the Eighties party.

Veteran folk rockers Lindisfarne will be at the Robin on 26th September. Unable to celebrate their fiftieth anniversary last year, the legendary Geordies are touring as hard as ever after a career that has seen them win fame, if not always fortune, and the respect of critics and fans alike.

Blues rock guitarist Sari Schorr will be making her Robin debut on 29th September. After bursting onto the the scene in 2016, she and her band have played everywhere from southern juke joints to Carnegie Hall and this date is part of an extensive European tour.

On 30th September another new arrival will be hitting the stage. Control the Storm are a melodic rock band hailing from Bristol. Their first EP was released in 2011 and since then they’ve continued to evolve, releasing new material and putting on an explosive stage show.
