Cordia Blackswan’s flagship project The Gothic is now available for sale following the start of construction earlier this month. Number 1 Great Hampton Street was the former site of The Gothic Inn, from where the project gets its namesake, which was a popular public house in its heyday that served the hard workers of the local factories since 1870, before closing its doors for the last time in the early 2000s.
