Guests were transported back to 1920s Birmingham with Acorns Children’s Hospice to the old stomping ground of the city’s most notorious gang, for an evening of fine dining, dancing and fantastic auction prizes.

The Acorns Peaky Blinders Ball, which took place at Fazeley Studios in Digbeth on Friday 10th May, was held to raise vital funds for the charity and its work caring for children across the West Midlands.

Toby Porter, Acorns Chief Executive, said: “A huge thank you to all the guests and supporters who attended what was a stunning night at Fazeley Studios helping to support some of the most remarkable children and families across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

“I truly believe there are no families more deserving than those we have the privilege to support at Acorns.”

Acorns Children’s Hospice provides specialist palliative care to children and young people with life limiting and life threatening conditions across Birmingham and the West Midlands, and support for their families.

In the past year, the charity has cared for over 870 children and supported more than 1,140 families, including those who are bereaved.
