Birmingham recruiters fly high for childrens charity

Superheroes set to leap from the sky.

A team of superheroes from Colmore Business District-based specialist recruitment firm Mitchell Adam are swapping their Newhall Street Offices for 10,000ft above the Shropshire countryside for a charity skydive. The team of nine daredevils will be dressing as their favourite superheroes for the challenge to raise money for the Boparan Charitable Trust. A national children’s charity which helps children with disabilities, life limiting conditions or in extreme poverty, whose office is also based in Colmore Row.

Gareth Aston Events Manager for the Trust said “We received some amazing support from companies and individuals around the business district for our superhero abseil last year and it was a natural progression for us to up the adrenaline with a superhero skydive. Mitchell Adams have been amazing with so many of their staff stepping up to the challenge to help changes disadvantaged children’s lives”

Mitchell Adam said “We first heard about the Boparan Trust after they approached one of our Consultants with a few different sponsorship ideas. Children’s Charities are close to our hearts at Mitchell Adam, we have always done our best to support local initiatives to try and give something back to the younger people in our community, so after seeing how amazing the Boparan Trust is and all the families and children it helps it was immediately something we wanted to get involved with.

“The team doing the skydive are genuinely terrified of heights and have only signed up to raise as much money as possible! We hope we can make the Boparan Trust proud.”
