Bank Holiday at Cadbury World

Stuck for something to do? Here’s an idea.

Whether it’s a washout or filled with summer sunshine, head to Cadbury World this August Bank Holiday for some great value fun.

With Summer Holiday Family Fun running all the way up until 4th September, there’s still time to enjoy a day out at the chocolatey Bournville-based attraction.

The outdoor marquee will be home to Cadbury World’s resident entertainers, who are on hand for a series of fun-filled shows each day. With performers including magicians and ventriloquists, the live show is set to captivate the whole family.

Next to the marquee, you’ll find the exciting 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, something that is definitely not to be missed. Visitors have the chance to experience the feeling of diving into a pot of melted Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and riding the Crunchie Rollercoaster, all without leaving their seats. Featuring the iconic Cadbury Characters, visitors will also have the chance to meet and take photos with the likes of Freddo and Caramel Bunny throughout the holidays.

Make the most of any sunshine in the outdoor African Adventure Play Area, filled with tube slides, climbing zones and rope bridges. With a separate under 5’s zone for mini-explorers to enjoy, it’s the perfect place to visit before or after your exhibition tour. And, for when sunshine means ice cream, you’ll also find a range of refreshments on offer in The Cabin nearby.

Come rain or shine, the main Cadbury World tour gives visitors the chance to discover the amazing world of Cadbury through a host of chocolatey zones. From exploring the history and heritage through the Aztec Jungle, to watching the talented chocolatiers in action in the popular Chocolate Making zone, visitors can also take a look at the intricate chocolate Buckingham Palace creation.

With lots more on offer, including the World’s Biggest Cadbury Shop and the onsite Cadbury Café, Cadbury World is the perfect destination for a chocolate-themed day trip this summer.

What’s more, all entertainment is included in the standard ticket price; ensuring a visit to Cadbury World is a great value family day out all year round. Visitors planning a trip this summer can also enjoy an extra 5% saving when booking online in advance.

Diane Mitchell, marketing manager at Cadbury World, said: “A visit to Cadbury World is a fantastic day out for the whole family whatever the weather, so there’s no need to rearrange plans around the great British summer! From extra entertainment, to our chocolatey zones and 4D cinema, there’s still chance to enjoy a fun-filled summer here at Cadbury World.”
