Coming up at Artix

Music and family fun.

With their strong vocal harmonies, accompanied by the artistry of violin and guitar, Quill have been a part of the Midlands music scene for over thirty years. When one of their founder members, Ben Brain, died suddenly in April 2012, his wife and lead singer Joy Strachan-Brain nearly decided to call it a day. But with the support of their loyal fans, they are now back on the road with a new show which includes additional guest artists and musicians. Amongst the line-up at their show on 2nd August at Artrix is local legend Bev Bevan, formerly of the Move.

Throughout the show the band will perform songs from the 70s, 80s and 90s right up to the present day, playing Fleetwood Mac-style rock, and a set list of superb timeless classics, intermixed with brand new original material, some of it written by Ben. Audiences can look forward to an evening of perfectly performed show stoppers.

Quill are performing at Artrix on Saturday 2nd August at 8.00 pm. Tickets cost £15.00.
