The dance floor’s down at Artrix on Friday, February 22nd when, out of the embers of The Big Blues Tribe, a new musical phenomenon – Stomp and Holler – makes its debut at the Arts Centre.
Led by Oliver Carpenter and Abby Brant, who wowed the Artrix audience last year when they visited with Mumbo Jumbo, the band pulls together the best Midlands musicians to explode on stage with brass, blues and an array of voices creating a sound reminiscent of the floor filling music of New Orleans.
