A new-look Stirchley florist was officially re-opened by Midlands ITV weather girl, Emma Jesson, on Saturday.
Staff invited customers along to the official re-opening of its store which has been transformed and rebranded as ‘The Co-operative Florist’.
The florist, located on Pershore Road, has been completely revamped both internally and externally and renamed as The Co-operative Florist. The outlet, which has been owned by Midlands Co-operative Society for a number of years, is only the fifth in the country to sport the distinctive pink and black Co-operative Floral branding. To mark the occasion customers were invited along on the official opening day to see the new facilities, meet Emma Jesson, take advantage of special offers and get to know the team.
Team Leader, Jane Carter-Bishton, said: “This has been a very exciting project for us and we are thrilled to be one of the first Co-operative Florists in the country. Everything in the shop has been replaced or refreshed making it a much brighter, fresher and welcoming shopping experience for our customers. I would like to thank Emma and all of our customers for making the day so special.”
