The Bright Minds team has extended their offering to parents working or living in the city centre with a beautiful, spacious and secure nursery environment for their children that is located in Birmingham’s charming Jewellery Quarter.

The nursery group, founded by Birmingham based entrepreneurs, Talon Golding and Taj Heer, with the support of Kelly Hill, is a child centred organisation created to provide families with high quality, rich and stimulating nursery environments which offer a high level of care, support and learning facilities for children during their early years.

Kelly Hill, Director of Operations at Bright Minds Daycare, gives her view of the journey leading up to the opening of the superb Jewellery Quarter based setting. “A significant amount of thought and research has gone into the setting in order to create a first-class learning environment for our Little Superstars.

“By incorporating aspects of both the Montessori and Reggio approaches, we are able to offer a truly superb environment for learning through play and exploration; giving children the opportunity to learn and develop in ways which are tailored to their individual characters and learning styles.”

The new setting provides much needed high-quality provision for the city centre and is ideally located within a 10-15-minute walk of Colmore Business District, Brindleyplace, the new Paradise Circus and Arena Central developments (including the PWC and HSBC buildings), and finally the Mailbox area.

The setting is spread across 3 floors and follows the Bright Minds’ model of providing a wealth of space that gives children the freedom to explore and play whilst having a warm and nurturing ‘home-from-home’ environment complete with first-class facilities. Examples include the Performance Room – fitted with a grand piano and the Exploration Room which enables children to explore with the use of state-of-the-art technology.

The Jewellery Quarter nursery offers a specialist range of extra-curricular activities and inclusive group tuition such as foundation level Spanish, piano lessons, ballet and yoga classes, – all of which are designed to enhance each child’s unique development. Furthermore, the extended opening and flexi-hours at the nursery (7am – 7pm, Mon – Fri) aims to support the busy lives of professional parents who often find drop-offs and pick-ups quite challenging and stressful.
