The masterful creation of skilled pizzaiolo Eric Chauvet, a longstanding member of the Carluccio’s family since his tenure at their Neal Street establishment and nurtured under the guidance of Antonio Carluccio, this menu not only honours the time-honoured traditions of Neapolitan pizza-making but also introduces a unique twist, poised to enchant the refined tastes of pizza connoisseurs.
In a tribute to the birthplace of pizza, Carluccio’s is delighted to present the Pizza Alla Napoletana. The dough, an exquisite creation in itself, is meticulously fashioned using Carluccio’s proprietary ‘Biga’ recipe, an artistry championed by their esteemed Master Pizza Chef.
