Now in its eleventh year, the MFA is an established and dedicated showcase for independent, emerging and creative talent in the region, from designers to make-up artists and stylists to photographers.

The catwalk show and awards ceremony was hosted by the actress and presenter Nicky Campbell. She said: “If you weren’t at the MFA’s – then you missed out. Incredible talent and creativity from all involved! So proud to have been part of such a fantastic evening.”

All MFA 2018 winners received a trophy and will gain industry led opportunities to further their career. Media partner Style Birmingham Magazine will provide the chance to work on an editorial fashion shoot and gain media exposure while FashionCapital.co.uk will offer a one-to-one mentoring session with industry expert and CEO Jenny Holloway, as well as supplyi ng 60 mteres of fabric valued at £3,000.
