Rotunda apartments win two industry awards.
Birmingham’s Staying Cool at the Rotunda has won two prestigious industry awards. The serviced apartment company won the Team of the Year Award and runner-up in the Investment in People award at the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers Awards held at the Museum of London on 30th November 2016.
Staying Cool’s MD, Tracey Stephenson, said: “We are delighted about the wins as they are a reflection of our team efforts day in and day out at Rotunda. Everyone at Staying Cool gets involved in continuously trying to improve the service we provide to our guests at our serviced apartments . We never allow the focus to slip and I am so proud that has been recognised.”
The ASAP awards are open to serviced apartment companies across the globe. The Serviced Apartment Team of the the Year Award award rewarded Staying Cool’s thriving internal culture and successful business environment. The Serviced Apartment Investment in People awards go to companies with a customer-centric culture where the customer really is king.
