Properties to go on market.
On instruction from Joint Administrators of Calco Pubs Limited and Cal Management Limited, leisure property specialists Fleurets are to bring to the market 21 predominantly freehold, established wet led pubs and clubs located within the Birmingham and Manchester regions.
Two of the properties are closed and offers are being sought both for individual acquisitions and as a group.
The team highlighted one particularly property – The Coach Hotel is an attractive two and three storey Grade II listed Georgian style building, close to NEC with 15 en-suite bedrooms and 150 cover function room/restaurant.
