The Friends of the Central Library have circulated this reminder:

The Planning Committee will be considering Argent’s Paradise Circus Planning Application on Thursday 20 December 2012.

The report to Committee by Louise Robinson recommends that approval be given subject to a Section 106c Agreement being signed by 31 January 2013.

The document is 30 pages long and contains a list of 57 obligations.

The permission is to expire after 12 years.

We have been granted 3 minutes to present our objection, which will be a much shortened version of what we submitted.

Supporters are free to attend the meeting (and demonstrate outside)

The meeting starts at 11 am and Paradise Circus is the first item on the Agenda.

It is held in Committee Rooms 3 and 4 in the Council House.
