Your chance to be part of re-opening campaign.
The Royal Air Force Museum is launching a poster competition this May half term, encouraging youngsters and parents to get involved.
As both London and Cosford sites look forward to re-opening their doors, the museum is calling on members of the public to design a poster that will be used as part of the re-opening advertising campaign.
To take part in the competition, simply design a poster highlighting all your favourite parts of the RAF Museum. The best design from each age category – Under 10s, 10-18 years and Over 18s will be included in the re-opening campaign, winners will also receive a prize bundle worth £100 from the RAF Museum Shop. Six runners up will receive an RAF goody bag, thanks to the RAF Youth & STEM team.
A poster resource pack is available on the museum’s website rafmuseum.org to help participants plan their design, with reminders of all the essential information that needs to be included on the poster for the entry to be valid.
To enter, post a clear photo of your completed poster on the Museum’s social media, tag @rafmuseum, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include your first name and the age category you are entering. Competition closes on Friday 5th June and the winners will be announced on Friday 19th June.
