Birmingham’s legendary live music venue The Jam House has a Christmas calendar ‘jam packed’ with activities bigger than Santa’s sleigh – and designed to build up an appetite both on and off the dance floor.
Highlights on the sumptuous festive menu include parsnip and apple soup with vanilla cream; smoked salmon, green peppercorn, lemon and dill terrine with blinis and caviar aioli; Jam House style roast turkey with all the trimmings, roast sirloin of beef and a choice of mouth-watering desserts from traditional Christmas pudding with brandy anglaise chocolate and orange terrine.
The three course menu is available for dinner at either 7pm or 9.45pm at £37.50pp inclusive of entrance fee and live music entertainment from many of the venue’s best loved bands such as Capital Groove, The Red Lemons and Rocket.
The same menu is available for lunches at £27.50pp served from 1pm with live entertainment at 3pm.
Parties of 50 or more guests can enjoy a Christmas buffet from just £18pp and exclusive use of the dance from 6pm – 8.30pm.
Once the festive fun is over, The Jam House will hold its acclaimed New Year’s Eve party on December 31st featuring live music from the ever-popular Subterraneans supported by Boogie Woogie pianist Dino Baptiste.
John Bunce, General Manager of the award-winning venue said: “The Jam House is renowned for its outstanding Christmas offering which we believe is second to none in the city.”
