Make UK open day offers taste of apprenticehips.
Ahead of next month’s National Apprenticeship Week (February 3rd-7th), Make UK, the manufacturers’ organisation, is offering young people an insight into the opportunities available through apprenticeships at a free open day on Saturday January 25th.
The event, at the Make UK Technology Hub in Aston, Birmingham, will help showcase the alternative routes to help kickstart new opportunities for young people as they start the new year.
Visitors will be able to tour the state-of-the-art facilities, hear from Make UK’s apprenticeships team and discuss future career prospects with recruiting employers including; Ibstock, JLR, Severn Trent, Sulzer, AE Aerospace, Runflat International and Ishida.
