Commuters get the chance to interview rail bosses.
Rail passengers using Birmingham New Street station will be able to discuss this summer’s timetable changes – and all aspects of West Midlands Railway services at the station – on Monday.
As part of the ‘Whistle Stop Tour’ initiative, West Midlands Railway officials will be on hand to answer questions at the busy hub from 7.45 am through to 6.15 pm on Monday 16th September.
The session follows the introduction of West Midlands Railway’s new timetable in May which brought in more peak time services, increased capacity and both earlier and later services on the network.
Richard Brooks, customer experience director for London Northwestern Railway, said: “Our timetable improvements earlier in the summer introduced more direct services to destinations across our network and improved capacity on some of our busiest services.
“We have already taken on board feedback from across the network and I am pleased this Whistle Stop Tour event will give our passengers another chance to discuss our timetables and services directly with our staff.”
Passengers at Birmingham Moor Street will have the chance to ask questions of Chiltern Railways staff at a separate Meet The Manager event on Wednesday 18th September from 6.30-9 am.
