Balearic beats head to Birmingham for Bank Holiday.
A touch of summer-sounds is coming to Birmingham this weekend, with a total takeover of Level 25 at The Cube. Skyline Symphonica will be bringing a 25-piece orchestra playing Ibiza club classics matched to an unrivalled three-course menu for one night only. The first of its kind, this fully-immersive experience will be shaking up your Bank Holiday on Sunday 26th May.
Courtesy of entertainment specialists, Elegant Entertainment, The Limelight Orchestra and Higher House, Café Mambo vibes will be taking over Marco Pierre White’s, with Skyline Symphonica playing the classics from the late nineties and early noughties for one-night-only. While Higher House’s top DJs play the finest Balearic beats, The Limelight Orchestra’s spectacular 25-piece orchestra and Elegant Entertainment’s finest vocalists will accompany the tracks, adding unprecedented dimensions to all your favourite tunes.
The only thing to remind guests that they aren’t on the Ibizan beach will be the breath-taking 360 degree panoramic views of Birmingham. As the sun sets on the Bank Holiday Sunday, guests will be able to watch Brum transition from day-to-night from The Cube’s Level 25.
As well as feasting their eyes on the unparalleled view, those in attendance will be able to sit down to a delicious three-course Spanish-inspired dinner. With a taste of summer, Marco Pierre White’s executive chef will be creating a bespoke menu. What’s more, guests can expect excitement for all the senses, with the performers moving around the tables while they feast.

Once the meal is finished, the fun continues in the evening session; the orchestra will be carrying on the tunes as Level 25 transforms into an awesome after-party. With an additional DJ room in the Champagne Bar and a Chill-Out Lounge, there’s plenty to keep the party going until the early morning.
