Winter blast fails to stop employment show.
Commitment from over 300 jobseekers and 23 exhibitors conquered adverse weather conditions to attend The Job Show™ Birmingham hailing it a tremendous successl
The award winning quality face-to-face recruitment and careers event took place on 28th February at Birmingham City FC. Attending the event was also the Deputy Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Councillor Shafique Shah.
Victoria Clarke, Director of The Job Show™ said: “As organisers we were concerned, however we are humbled and grateful to ALL our exhibitors for taking part and to the visitors who managed to navigate the roads and attend under extreme weather conditions – some of them coming from as far as Bristol, Tamworth and Nuneaton!
With over 700 jobs and apprenticeships on offer many jobseekers found it very worthwhile with some even securing interviews the next day! We look forward to coming back to Birmingham next year probably late spring this time”
It is the latest in a long line of successful events for The Job Show™ around the country that gather the region’s best employers, training providers, universities, colleges, recruitment agencies and organisations. The Job Show™ aims to give job seekers the perfect platform to unite talent with opportunity and come face-to-face with top employers seeking quality candidates.
