April opening for city centre restaurant.
The Ivy Temple Row, situated in the heart of Birmingham, will be opening its doors on Wednesday, 11th April.
Located on Temple Row in the building formerly occupied by Louis Vuitton, reservation lines for the 135-cover brasserie will be live from 10am on Thursday, 22nd March. Open seven days a week from dawn until dusk, The Ivy Temple Row will offer sophisticated yet relaxed all-day dining for locals and visitors alike.
Menus will be all-encompassing, featuring a selection of modern British classics and internationally inspired dishes such as, The Ivy Collection shepherd’s pie, a truffle chicken sandwich and seasonal grilled fish, as well as light and healthy brunch options, delicious afternoon teas and an extensive cocktail menu.
Inside, The Ivy Collection’s signature green colour palette will be contrasted with leather banquettes and polished marble floors. Along with a 10-seater bar, the brasserie will offer a private dining room for up to 20 guests, which will be available to book from May.
To mark the opening of booking lines, The Ivy Temple Row will be offering twenty exclusive spots at its VIP preview evening next month. Commuters and residents walking through Victoria Square on Thursday, 22nd March will enjoy the sights of spring adorning a signature ‘Ivy’ green vintage phone box. If they are lucky enough to be the first to reach the ringing phone box between 8am and 6pm, they will win a pair of tickets to the preview event.
Laura Bamber, Area Manager for The Ivy Collection, said: “We’re excited to begin taking bookings once our reservation lines go live on Thursday, 22nd March. All the months of planning are coming to completion, and we can’t wait to be part of Birmingham’s fantastic restaurant scene from 11th April.”
