Festive delights in period pub.
Iconic Edwardian pub the Aston Tavern will be celebrating its heritage with a traditonal Winter Wonderland next month.
On Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December Santa will ride his sleigh into the 1904 venue once again to greet all the children and bring them gifts. Theer will also be a Christmas fayre for your last-minute shopping, from freshly baked breads, homemade cakes, preserves and chutneys to handcrafted jewellery, upcycled crafts, Christmas decorations and wreaths.
With wintery mulled wine to warm your taste buds, roasted chestnuts, cheerful carol singers and delightful Christmas tea rooms, the Aston Tavern is a stunning venue complete with a real Christmas tree, festively themed throughout and wood burning stoves. Santa’s Grotto is a fully themed scene complete with sleigh and ornamental reindeer set in the garden.
