The artisan coffee shop already has become a leader of the independent coffee scene in the Midlands by winning awards at national level, but has strengthened its position by winning another local award.

“We were so excited to be nominated by our customers,” said owner Devinder Dhallu, “that all our staff got really excited by being appreciated by our customers. When we saw the competition we didn’t really think we had a chance, but being voted Number One by the public was so humbling and we genuinely honoured about what the public thought of us.

“As most of customers know, our Temple Row branch is really small. We have all the large chains within a 100 metres of our shop, so competition is really fierce. We have to continuously keep improving ourselves.”
