Birmingham Jazz to stage concert by prime local talent.
This Friday, Birmingham Jazz present Chris Young, the most significant young musician to emerge onto the jazz scene in Birmingham in recent years, at the Red Lion in the Jewellery Quarter.
Saxophonist Chris’s work across original and standard tuneshas made him a most sought-after player and his quartet contains some of the most dynamic players in jazz, highlighted by one of the best rhythm sections with bas player Stuart Barker and Scottish young player of the year Jon Silk on drums.
