The newly formed ‘Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice Kings Norton Fundraising Group’ are urging all quiz enthusiasts to join them for their debut fundraising event, a Pub Quiz, at The Navigation Pub, Kings Norton.
This event will take place on Monday 17th June at 8pm, with all proceeds raised going directly to Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice.
The Kings Norton Fundraising Group are a diverse group of volunteers from different ages and backgrounds, who are all committed to raising funds for the Hospice. Some members have a personal connection to the Hospice and others just want to get involved in their local community and raise money for a great cause.
Jen Boilestad, Community Fundraiser said: “By coming along to this event you will not only be supporting your local Hospice, but also local people that have put in a lot of time and effort to make the event a great success.
Fundraising is vital to ensuring that the Hospice can continue to provide care and support to over 1000 people with life-limiting illnesses ever year.”
Entrance is £3 per person, payable on the door on the day, with a maximum of 6 people per team.
