Gazebo Theatre presents Jamaica 50

The island of Jamaica has had many influences on Great Britain – 2012 marks the 50th anniversary of Jamaican Independence and, as part of Bromsgrove Black History Month, Artrix invites you to celebrate it on Friday, October 5th.

Join Sylvester Williams and Tonia Daley-Campbell on a journey through the Jamaican story told through the eyes of the heroes and heroines who lived it, including Bob Marley, Marcus Garvey, Mary Seacole, Queen Nanny of The Maroons and Sir Alexander Bustamente.
