Birmingham’s latest ‘landmark’ destination, The Cube, will host a VIP open weekend between 3rd and 5th November to showcase the remaining 20% of apartments available.
Guests to the event will be greeted in style with complimentary champagne and canapés on arrival, before a guided tour of the luxurious apartments and facilities at The Cube. Complimentary parking will also be provided within The Cube’s fully-automated car park, usually only available to pass holders.
Anyone who reserves an apartment during the weekend will receive The Cube’s lifestyle package, which includes a year’s membership to the on-site Club & Spa, a dinner for four at Marco Pierre White’s rooftop restaurant, and a deluxe hair experience with celebrity hairdresser Adee Phelan, whose newest salon opened at The Cube just last month.
Attendees are requested to book in advance by calling 0121 654 9400 or emailing [email protected].
Neil Edginton, director at The Cube, comments: “Our lifestyle package provides an insight into what life at The Cube is like – living at The Cube will enable residents to visit the Club & Spa for a workout and to relax, before visiting the Marco Pierre White restaurant to dine in style. Plus, Adee Phelan’s hair salon provides a unique indulgent pampering experience, so our residents really have everything they need right on their doorstep.”
The Cube’s distinctive architecture means that no two properties are the same, with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes still available. Each apartment has panoramic views around the city and also includes a designer kitchen by Poggenpohl, appliances by Bosch and bathroom fittings by Villeroy & Boch and Grohe.
In addition to the luxury apartments, residents at The Cube will have access to a 24-hour concierge service, fully-automated car park and an exceptional retail and leisure offering. With the Marco Pierre White restaurant opening in December, and the Club & Spa and Brazilian restaurant Rodizio Rico opening in January, The Cube offers an array of leisure space including waterside and al fresco dining.
Neil Edginton adds: “This exclusive three-day event is set to be popular. Over half of the available appointments have already been taken, so we encourage people to reserve a place soon, and grab their chance to view the very best that The Cube can offer.”
Prices at The Cube start from £112,000 for studio apartments, £145,000 for one-bedroom apartments, £240,000 for two-bedroom apartments and £425,000 for two-bedroom duplexes.
Potential purchasers should call 0121 654 9400 or email [email protected] to reserve their place at the open weekend.
