After providing telephony, voice and data services for the past 2 years IT Management specialist Adept4 recently took the step to invest in a specific division based in the West Midlands which would purely focus on voice communications. This has resulted in the recently launched Adept4telecoms and the appointment of 4 new members of staff.
Alison Moore will take on the role of General Manager in the day-to-day running of the division; Neil Jelley, whose background is in commercial development, will undertake the Sales Manager role; Philip Forbes, who has previous experience within the education sector, joins as Education Sector Manager and Fahmeda Ahmed, a marketing graduate, enters the company as Marketing Executive.
Based in the West Midlands, Adept4telecoms plan to grow rapidly over the coming months, providing more jobs in the area, including taking on more graduates to provide them with the experience they need to kick-start their careers.
The need and demand for voice and data convergence has become ever more applicable to businesses in the UK and whilst Adept4 has qualified data consultants who are able to provide these services, this merged market requires more dedicated resources.
Having looked after a number of business voice services in the past few years, including two call centres amounting to over 400 agents, Adept4 has built up a fundamental knowledge of the requirements within this sector.
In addition to the existing services the company offers, the specialist Adept4telecoms division will drive this delivery forwards to include additional services such as Cisco Unified Communications, VOIP Telephony, Connectivity services and Mobile Management.
Adept4telecoms will be working with world leading vendors such as Virgin, Cisco, Talk Talk Business and Thus, to offer clients a wider range of services and products to suit their business.
