Bromsgrove festival presents the English Symphony Orchestra

The English Symphony Orchestra – which originated in Worcestershire – will be playing at Artrix on Saturday 11th May at 8pm as part of the Bromsgrove festival.

Conducted by Dr Barry Smith and Donald Hunt, the orchestra will play compositions from Britten, Warlock, Harrison and Elgar.

The performance will be preceded by a talk by Dr Barry Smith at 6.15 pm on the composer Peter Warlock.
