On Sunday 13th March a wave of young freestyle dancers graced the frontage of the Council House in Victoria Square, Birmingham, City Centre unannounced jumping and spinning through surprised onlookers.

Performing ‘Rihanna’s brand new track S&M’ the dancers were in place to help launch the brand new freestyle magazine, ‘Sparkle’.

Sparkle magazine is a brand new, innovative freestyle dance magazine, specifically aimed at those with a passion for freestyle and disco dance.

Freestyle dance is an ever growing profession with more and more dancers joining the community each year. With the ever expanding growth in reality TV dance shows gracing our screens, it is no wonder the profession is making ever impressive waves throughout our community.

The team were thrilled to use this prestigious venue in Birmingham as their backdrop for such an exciting event, Natalie Eccleshall, Editor said,

“The dance stunt went better than we could have ever expected on Sunday. We were surprised by the amount of people that stopped to watch, and even videoed and took photographs which was great! I would like to say a huge thank you to Gill Booth-Lyons and the Class One Dance Academy dancers for all their help on the day”
