Villa legends to visit Aston brewery.
Tony Morley, Gary Williams, and Des Bremner are just a few of the iconic names recognized throughout Birmingham and the Midlands especially for those fans who have visited Villa Park. These legendary ex-Aston Villa legends will be at Silhill Brewery on Friday 29th November, to celebrate the unforgettable night in 1982 when they lifted the European Cup and became the European Champions.
Hosted by ex-Villa player, Pat Heard, your MC for the evening, have the chance to meet and greet with the players and get prepared to venture down the left for an evening of unheard stories. From their recent meeting with Prince William, a night in Russia, a final that nearly never happened, the missing European cup, insightful stories, the road to Rotterdam and what it was like to be a part of Aston Villa’s biggest night in their history. The evening will be a rare and unique opportunity to ask questions, mingle with the players as well as hold and get a photo with the European Cup. This will be a very personal and interactive evening with limited tickets available.
After 10 years brewing in Solihull, Silhill Brewery expanded into Aston earlier this year, a short walk from Villa Park, it’s become a very popular place for Villa fans to enjoy a pre- or post-match pint or 4.. On the evening, fans will be treated to an evening of stories from the glory years, along with a chance to ask the players questions and get merchandise signed, mingle with the players and get a photo taken with the European cup which will don the claret and blue ribbons.
All of this will take place in Silhill Brewery’s brand new taproom which is situated only 1.5 miles away from Villa Park and is fast becoming a favourite for pre and post match meet ups for Aston Villa fans. There will be fantastic craft beer and cask ale with delicious street food options to make this a fantastic night for Aston Villa fans, new and old
