Champagne Lanson collaboration for top city restaurant.
One of Birmingham’s favourite canal-side French-inspired restaurants is collaborating with a world-famous champagne house, Champagne Lanson, to relaunch its attractive terrace area.
Champagne Lanson opened its waterside hotspot at Bistrot Pierre Birmingham restaurant on 30th June with invited VIP guests.
Located in the heart of the city centre, the Grade II listed bistrot is amidst the hustle and bustle of exciting Birmingham and offers delicious French cuisine seven days a week.
Opening in 2016, Bistrot Pierre has transformed its canal side terrace with Champagne Lanson, offering a contemporary place to enjoy a glass of Champagne a refreshing Bière 94 – Bistrot Pierre’s signature lager – or even a glass of Bistrot Pierre’s own Cuvée 22 wine range, expertly crafted in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of South France, either before or after a freshly prepared meal by chefs in the popular restaurant.
With views over the Birmingham Canal Old Line, the new Terrace will be a hub of summer activity and will be offering a bar menu of delicious small plates, in addition to its exciting drinks menu.
Nick White, CEO of Bistrot Pierre, said: “We’re very excited to be partnering with Champagne Lanson this summer to launch the Canal Side Terrace. This stunning new space is the perfect location for visitors to slow down, enjoy quality time together and, most importantly, sip a delicious glass of fizz.
“This is a great opportunity to partner with an historic French brand which champions the same ethos a Bistrot Pierre – authenticity, elegance and celebrating moments together.”
The Champagne Lanson Terrace will be at Bistrot Pierre Birmingham for summer 2023. The restaurant will also continue to offer the delicious, affordable French style dishes that the bistrot is well known for – from the classic boeuf bourguignon to new hero mains like chicken fricassée and risotto vert from Bistrot Pierre’s Menu Pierre, and a decadent selection of desserts like crème brûlée.
