Solihull housing development on track

Construction nears completion at Tidbury Heights.

Building work has been progressing well at a housing development near Solihull, where the final new homes are now under construction.

Bellway is building a selection of 139 new two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at Tidbury Heights, off Fulford Hall Road in the village of Tidbury Green.

Building work on the site started in 2017 and there’s now just a final selection of two, three or four-bedroom homes remaining for sale, with prices starting from £273,250.

Marie Richards, Sales Director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “We are committed to helping to meet the growing demand for new homes in Solihull and we are delighted to have received such a positive response from customers at Tidbury Heights.

“We have carefully designed a variety of fantastic homes to suit purchasers at all stages of the property ladder, so it is no surprise that so many people have found their dream home here.

“Prospective buyers can also take advantage of incentives such as Help to Buy and our Part Exchange scheme, so there really is something for everyone here.

“We are now coming to the final opportunities to buy at Tidbury Heights, so I would advise anyone hoping to secure a home in Solihull to visit the development to avoid missing out.”

Help to Buy allows purchasers to buy a new-build home with a five per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent is provided in the form of a Government-backed equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years of ownership.

Alternatively, buyers can use Bellway’s Part Exchange. Under the scheme, two independent valuations will be made on their existing property, and then Bellway will make an offer based on those values.
