Half-term family fun at Cadbury World

All this and chocolate too.

For a family day out that’s choc-full of fun, Cadbury World is the perfect destination this February half-term.

From Saturday 18th–Sunday 26th February, Cadbury World will be filled with giggles and entertainment for the whole family.

Each day, families will be able to enjoy regular live shows in the outdoor marquee, as a host of children’s entertainers will be on hand to spread joy and laughter with their extraordinary talents.

Visitors of all ages should also be on the lookout for the iconic Cadbury characters, as the likes of Caramel Bunny and Freddo will be making regular appearances throughout the week, to meet and pose for photos with visitors.

As well as the half-term fun, visitors can discover the amazing world of Cadbury through the attraction’s chocolatey zones; from travelling back 1,000 years through the Aztec Jungle, to watching the talented chocolatiers in the Chocolate Making zone. If that’s not enough, wait until you’re experiencing a world of digital chocolate delights in Purple Planet, including growing your own virtual cocoa tree and dancing in virtual chocolate rain; the perfect ingredients for an exciting family day out.

Not to be missed is the 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, an interactive cinema experience starring the iconic Cadbury characters. Here, you can experience the feeling of riding the Crunchie rollercoaster and find out what it would be like to dive into a pot of melted Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, all without leaving your seat.

With the amazing world of Cadbury to be discovered through the attraction’s chocolatey zones, plus the World’s Biggest Cadbury Shop and the onsite Cadbury Café, half-term at Cadbury World is the perfect time to enjoy a day choc-full of value for money.

Diane Mitchell, marketing manager at Cadbury World, said: “Cadbury World is the perfect place for the whole family this half-term, from our chocolatey zones to our brilliant entertainers, the whole family is sure to leave with a smile on their face. Half-term is just the start of another year of fantastic events, including the return of Sooty and our popular Heritage Weekends.”

Visitors can finish the day by taking on the heights of the outdoor African Adventure Play Area, which has up to three storeys of tube slides, climbing zones and rope bridges as well as a separate zone for under 5s, weather permitting.
