VIP collaboration for Birmingham hotel.
Birmingham’s Staying Cool at the Rotunda has announced an exciting new partnership with Nomad restaurant and named its chef proprietor, Alex Claridge, as its Executive Chef.
After its pop up successes of the summer, reaching number two on TripAdvisor for Birmingham restaurants, Nomad opens in a new permanent base on Dudley Street on Friday, 13th November 2015. This is just a couple of minutes away from Staying Cool at the Rotunda who will be offering a VIP Dine & Stay package from Thursday-Saturday each week in conjunction with Nomad.
The VIP Dine & Stay package combines a night in a 5* Staying Cool apartment with an eight-course dinner at Nomad plus a flight of matched drinks for £156 per person. VIP Stay and Dine guests will also find a complimentary bottle of award-winning Ridgeview English Sparkling Wine chilling for them on arrival at Staying Cool.
Alex Claridge of Nomad created Staying Cool’s Cooking Cool offer, an innovative offering where guests can select a menu and then receive full recipes and all the ingredients they need to create a menu during their stay. Nomad will now offer bespoke catering for events and guests alike at Rotunda.
Alex said, “Nomad and Staying Cool share the same ethos of offering superlative guest experiences, and celebrating Birmingham at its best. Our new VIP Dine & Stay package will offer guests a unique experience of this great city.”
Tracey Stephenson, Staying Cool’s MD, added, “We’re huge fans of Nomad. Alex and his head chef, Brian Smith, produce meals that taste and look wonderful. This new partnership with Nomad, with its emphasis on food that is foraged or grown on the restaurant’s allotments, cements our commitment to local sourcing.”
