Ska legend to play Birmingham.
Legends of Reggae comes to the Tower Ballroom, Edgbaston, on Saturday 30th May, with ska superstar Ken Boothe heading a line-up that includes Queen Ifrica, Leroy Sibbles, Gyptian and Chaka Demus and Pliers.
Ken Boothe is a Jamaican vocalist known for his distinctive vibrato and timbre sound. In 1974 he reached number one in the UK with the classic Everything I Own and folowed this up with the chart-topping Crying over You.
To make the night more special top DJs Rankin, Wassifa, DJ Country Man and Warren Tone will also be playing. With support from Priscilla Cameron and Leesha Mac, GMan will be the host to guarantee an unforgettable night .
