Fitness comes First in charity run

More entries for the Morrisons Great Birmingham 10k Business Challenge.

A team of seven runners from Fitness First in Solihull is busy training for the Morrisons Great Birmingham 10k Business Challenge on Sunday 3rd May.

“We are all very much into our running and we’re all fitness freaks – at the gym 24/7,” said team co-ordinator Kerry Hobbis. “We have some good runners – Jason in our team is doing the Berlin half marathon in a few weeks’ time, and Intiaz Alahi has been running for several years and done a few halves too.”

Companies can enter as many teams as they want into the Business Challenge; the accumulated first four finishing times in each team will count.

Kerry added: “Paul Timmins and Intiaz should be the first to finish, but I’m not sure who the other two quickest will be – we’re really looking forward to it.”

The Morrisons Great Birmingham 10k is taking place on Sunday 3rd May. Entries are now open at www.greatrun.org/great-birmingham-10k.
