Festivalgoers planning to travel by train to the Fusion Festival at Cofton Park in Longbridge on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st August are asked to note the following travel advice fro train company London Midland.

Passengers travelling to the festival on Saturday 30th will be able to travel by train between Birmingham and Longbridge. Anyone travelling from Redditch or Alvechurch will need to use the replacement bus services to Longbridge.
Make sure you don’t miss anything – including the last train.

Mark Goodall, London Midland’s head of route for Cross City services said, “This event was extremely well attended last year by customers who live on the Cross City line between Lichfield and Redditch, so we’re keen to ensure we get the message out about travel arrangements over the weekend.
“The key message is, if you’re travelling from Birmingham on the Sunday, you will need to leave the train at Selly Oak and join replacement bus services which will take you to Longbridge – don’t stay on the train or you may risk missing the start of the show!”
